All orders are freshly roasted and shipped from our San Francisco roastery to ensure the best flavor and quality.

Orders ship via USPS and include tracking information once dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Dolores Park Coffee is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

Returns

Because coffee is a perishable product, all coffee sales are final.

We cannot accept returns on:

* Opened or used coffee bags
* Perishable coffee products
* Gift cards
* Sale or clearance items

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges & Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our contact page within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

* A brief description of the issue
* Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

Approved replacements or exchanges are available for unused items in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
